Lisa Förtsch

My name is Lisa Förtsch. As a graduate student at the Institute of Modern Japanese Studies at Heinrich-Heine University Düsseldorf, I am currently studying Cultural and Social Science Research on Japan. At the DIJ, I support Torsten Weber as an intern in the field of Public Relations and Science Communication, while also assisting him with his research on the Japanese memory culture of Word War II. Since I have a background in Communication and Media Studies, I hope to be able to gain a deeper understanding of the external communication flows of a research institute.
