Luise Weirauch

I’m currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Japanese Studies at the University of Cologne. After participating in the interdisciplinary Research Class World Heritage programme, in which I conducted field research on the cultural relationship between the Ainu and Wales, I wish to deepen my research experience at the DIJ. Here, I am supporting Celia Spoden with her current research project about cybernetic avatars and the opportunities and risks they offer for individuals and society.
